By accessing or using the Nationwide Security Network ("NSN," "we," "our," or "us") platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Security vendors must hold all required licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage applicable to their jurisdiction and services offered. NSN reserves the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke access for non-compliance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform.
NSN is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking security services with verified security vendors. We facilitate the posting of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), vendor matching, bidding, messaging, and related workflows.
NSN is a technology platform only. We are not a security company, employer, or staffing agency. We do not provide security services directly, and we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or conduct of any vendor or client on the Platform.
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our Pricing page.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of NSN or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform (e.g., RFP descriptions, vendor profiles, uploaded documents) but grant NSN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NSN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
NSN does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor credentials, background checks, or any information provided by third parties on the Platform. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any vendor.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of Nationwide Security Network to any user exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by that user to NSN in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if NSN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NSN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Oregon. These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Either party may terminate an account at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings or by contacting us. NSN may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NSN does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or guarantee any vendor, client, or transaction facilitated through the Platform.
